Orders coming in by email.
Partner for digital processes that continue to work.
We build customer portals, system integrations, and products that eliminate manual work from your operations. Not as standalone tools, but as an integral part of how your business runs every day.
When your process feels like cut-and-paste,
we build the rails underneath.
Orders by email. Items keyed in twice. Reports rebuilt every week. Customers calling for status. Not a people problem, but a systems problem.
Items entered twice.
Reports rebuilt every week.
Customers calling for status.
From process chaos to a working portal,
without the circus around it.
We map order flows, exceptions, data sources and the people involved. Not bigger than needed, precisely enough to build well.
We design the flow, connect the systems and build screens that customers, suppliers or teams can use without a manual.
Once live we keep an eye on performance, errors and new needs. Tech that grows with your operation.
Tech that feels like it should have worked this way all along.
Customer & supplier portals
Ordering, document sharing, returns, status or cases, in an environment that feels like your brand.
System integrations
Exact, AFAS, SnelStart, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Lightspeed and bespoke systems talk to each other. No handoffs.
Dashboards & reports
From Excel rounds to dashboards that update themselves. Exports and checks make the work quieter and smarter.
Support & evolution
Once live we stay involved. Performance, errors, new requests. Tech that grows with your operation.
Process automation
Validation, logging and checks that keep things from falling over. Silent flows running in the background.
Strategy & advice
Don't build first. Look at where the gain is biggest, and which order delivers most value.
Custom solutions and data integrations where it matters has to be, product where it can be.
Three areas in which we have been delivering solutions for over 16 years. A custom portal or integration if your process is unique, or one of our products if the standard solution already meets your needs.
Portals
Customer, supplier and dealer portals tailored to your process.
- Fully in your branding, on your own domain.
- SSO, MFA and fine-grained permissions by default.
- Multi-tenant: a new client = a single addition.
- Modular by design, scales with your organisation.
Insight
A ready-made portal on top of Boltrics, AFAS or Dynamics.
- Dashboard, lists and order entry from your ERP/WMS.
- Modules: dock planning, CRM, tickets, reports.
- Inbound deliveries via supplier self-service.
- Built in-house in Arnhem, evolved on client demand.
InStock
Clients look it up themselves: stock, product specs, MSDS sheets and quotes.
- Real-time stock and product catalogue from your ERP.
- Online quote requests straight into your sales flow.
- Product docs behind authentication, visible per client.
- Typically live in 3 weeks, then ready for unlimited use.

“The Boltrics integration went very smoothly. The portal is clear, fast and easy to use. Even with new customers we barely need to explain anything, because it is structured so logically. The Portal Guys also move quickly when we need changes.”
“For most of the questions I get from our locations about improving the range and the execution, the answer is always in the (right) use of Menuplanner.”
“Insight has completely transformed the way we work with data: from reactive and scattered to proactive, transparent, and future-oriented.”
Built for real processes, real users.

Your stack doesn't have to be tidy.
It has to cooperate.
Exact, AFAS, SnelStart, SAP, Shopify, WooCommerce, Mollie, Stripe, Power BI, and anything that speaks an API or a file.
Frequently asked questions.
What we hear most often at a first meeting. Honestly answered.
How long does a project take?
Typically 6 to 14 weeks from confirmed scope. A focused integration can be done in 4–6 weeks, a dealer platform with multi-tenant runs to 10–14. A first working version is usually on staging within 3 weeks.
Will it work with our existing ERP, WMS or CRM?
Almost always. We've worked with Exact, AFAS, SnelStart, SAP, Oracle, Business Central, Boltrics, NetSuite, Lightspeed, Salesforce and bespoke systems. API, file or webhook, if it has an interface we can connect it.
Bespoke or a product, how do I know which fits?
We figure it out together in a process scan. Does your flow fit Insight or InStock's standard? Then you'll be live faster and at lower cost. Do you have a unique process that gives you an edge? Then a bespoke portal is likely the right call.
Do you host yourselves?
By default we host on EU infrastructure, with daily backups and monitoring. Prefer your own Azure, AWS or GCP tenant? Also possible, then we document the runbook and run it there. Hosting choice and processing agreement are fixed up front.
What if we're not an IT-focused company?
Not a problem, that's often where things go wrong with off-the-shelf SaaS. We translate your process into tech, not the other way around. In the first conversations we talk about your work, not our stack.
What if you don't have capacity?
We're a small team. Sometimes the queue runs a few weeks. Better honest up front than stuck halfway in. Urgent and we can't take it at that moment? Then we'll suggest partners who can.
We don't believe in impressive slides. We believe in a process that, once you turn it on, nobody wants to roll back. The Portal Guys, Arnhem
Let us point to one process where tomorrow has less manual work than today.
In a single one-hour session we look at your order flows, customer portals, ERP integrations and reporting. No sales pitch, just concrete points.
