The data was already there in AFAS. Only sharing it took time.

Hovens Collin Verpakkingen is a wholesaler in packaging and a supplier of custom products. The team would rather spend its time on development and sales. Yet they noticed that customers were no longer satisfied with the information in quotes, order confirmations and invoices.

Questions kept coming in about delivery dates, the size of deliveries, the progress of running call-off contracts and historical usage. That information was simply there in the AFAS Profit ERP, but it took the sales team time to look it up and communicate it neatly to the customer.

Part of the questions have disappeared. The questions that remain are often more concrete than before, because the customer is better informed.
