What started as a fulfillment portal grew into the central platform on Insight: fulfillment, CRM, item management, invoicing, tickets and leads in one environment, connected to AccountView.

Customers place cross-dock orders themselves, with a temperature regime per line. Every order goes standardised via SFTP automatically into the WMS, with an email fallback if a delivery fails once.

On the work floor an employee scans a carrier and instantly sees the associated document on their device. Connected to Business Central via OData, with the PDFs from a central document archive.

Placing an order went from about ten minutes to about twenty seconds, roughly 97% time saved. One clear screen where the employee mainly just checks and sends.

Returns that create themselves instead of being keyed into DPD's software by hand. No API available, so we solved it via a detour.

A data integration that lets locations order through an external webshop, with fulfilment handled by the warehousing specialist.

Customers place transport orders that drop straight into planning. With Track & Trace and barcode printouts for carriers.

Purchase portal with EDI integration

Suppliers confirm delivery dates and pricing in one portal. Bax-shop sees exactly when each product arrives, built in close collaboration with their EDI provider.

iPhone app for the ArtEZ class schedule

ArtEZ was among the first colleges to digitise its class schedule. We built the iPhone app, working closely with the Android team.
