The part PackHero gets the most out of. Customers enter their manual orders themselves, exactly as they mean them. No email, no retyping.
PackHero handles fulfilment for webshops and brands, and runs its warehouse on Boltrics. The standard portal from the WMS supplier did less than PackHero wanted to offer its customers. Insight does have an order entry tool, and it has the data ready that customers used to request by email.
PackHero takes the logistics process off the hands of webshops and brands: receiving and storing stock, picking orders and getting them ready to ship, handling returns. The warehouse runs on Boltrics, and customers could follow along through the standard portal from that WMS supplier. That portal did what it had to do, but nothing beyond that.
Information you would expect a customer to simply be able to see was nowhere to be found. A simple tool to enter an order yourself was missing too. So manual orders came in by email, after which someone at PackHero retyped them into the WMS. That is exactly where the occasional mistake crept in.

Stock, orders and shipments are simply there on the screen. The information customers used to request by email, they now find themselves.
Customers read up in the portal on how it works. That saves a stream of emails asking how to do this or that again.
PackHero informed its customers and shared the new link, and that was that. Since then, customers have been using Insight every day. The retyping of orders is gone, and with it the small mistakes that came with it. The responsibility now sits with the customers themselves, and they like having that control.
