For IJscuypje we built a platform on Insight that brings together fulfillment, CRM, item management, invoicing, tickets and lead management. One environment that connects the shops, logistics partners and the internal organisation.
When Groenvries took over IJscuypje's logistics handling, the need arose for a central solution: shops place orders that automatically enter the warehouse process. Previously, processes were spread across different systems, spreadsheets and emails, and orders ran through a simple webshop.
Information about items, customer groups, delivery days, stock and logistics often had to be aligned by hand. That took time and caused confusion more quickly between shops, logistics partners and the office. What began as a fulfillment portal therefore grew into one platform for the whole operation.
