De Klok Logistics and Vortex Logistics wanted to give customers easier access to data from Boltrics. The existing portal was less clear, so customers still regularly called or emailed with questions.
Colleagues then had to look up information in Boltrics or explain where to find something. So the brief was not just technical: the portal had to become logical, fast and easy to use independently.
Kody and his team had a clear angle: a solution that would be clearer, faster and easier to use, for customers and the people on the floor alike. Not a bolt-on tool, but a portal that feels like a built-in part of the service.
