EDI for automotive

OFTP2 (Odette File Transfer Protocol version 2) is a protocol for securely sending EDI messages and files over the internet. It was developed by Odette, the collaboration organisation of the European car industry, and is widely used there.

OFTP2 encrypts and signs messages and confirms receipt, similar to AS2. It is moreover suitable for large files, such as technical drawings exchanged in automotive.

Connecting OFTP2

If you supply to parties in the car industry, OFTP2 is often a requirement. We set up the connection and link the messages to your ERP, so that orders, deliveries and invoices flow through automatically.
